I use following bookmark in Firefox
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
(also checked with the nightly built from Nov, 28th):

Shortcut:
l

When I enter
"l änderung"
Firefox tries to open
http://dict.leo.org/?search=%C3%A4nderung&searchLoc=0&relink=on&spellToler=standard&sectHdr=on&tableBorder=1&cmpType=relaxed&lang=en
which should be
http://dict.leo.org/?search=search=%E4nderung&searchLoc=0&relink=on&spellToler=standard&sectHdr=on&tableBorder=1&cmpType=relaxed&lang=en
instead.

I have the same bug with the input form. Now trying the IE:

"l änderung" (the third letter should be the german umlaut a)

I get the same behaviour when clicking on any URL that contains "international"
characters, including дц. Ex: <A HREF="цl.html">цl</A> makes Firefox translate
this to %C3%B6l.html instead of %F6l.html.
