fix transformation ordering
Urgh. How did I mess up the x and y that badly?
r=jwatt for your patch, but I'd rather have the changes as I've attached
(thought it would be simpler to show that way). Those comments seem better than
what was there before. For the record I hate the name "xform" as an
abbreviation for "transform". "xyTM" may be a bit wierd, but it shows what it
is.
