When on a securre site, opening a link in that site in a new tab (or window)
shows a security warning. This is redundant, and there should be an option to
disable it.

It seems redundant to get a security warning about opening a page on a site that
one is already at. One does not get the security warning by simply clicking on
a link and opening it in the same tab or window, so why should one get a
security warning for having the page open in a new tab or window.

Note that the same occurs for new windows (or tabs?) opened from JavaScript.
There should probably be a separate option for warning about opening windows
from scripting languages.

See also bug 239946

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit a secure site (https://whatever....)
2. On a link to a page in that same site, open in a new tab or window
   (using right-click)

Actual Results:
A warning comes up that one is entering a secure site.

Expected Results:
It would be awfully nice to disable it, or it should be removed altogether
(well, maybe with an open to enable it).
