Clicking on normal bookmarks Firefox opens the relative url, on live bookmarks
it only shows cascade threads of the rss. It will be useful if clicking on a
live bookmark works like on normal bookmark opening the page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on live bookmark
Actual Results:  
Firefox only shows a menu with threads

Expected Results:  
I think will be useful if firefox opens the url like in normal bookmarks

Much more likely to end up as another item along with the threads, since the
live bookmark is conceptually a folder, not a bookmark, and
clicking/right-clicking/double-clicking a folder to open a URL doesn't fit with
normal bookmark UI. In any case, it's a duplicate.
