If there are no open windows, then some menu items still appear to function but
actually do nothing when clicked.

These include, not are not limited to: Close, Print, Find, Reload, Page Source,
Minimize, and Zoom.

These items should be greyed out when they are not applicable like in other Mac
OS X applications.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Click on any of the above menu items.
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
The menu items should be greyed out and not selectable when there are no open
windows since most of the items apply only to a window or its contents.
