Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter. "Send in Plain Text and HTML" does not work. Still always a bug. To reproduce: 1) Tools/Options/Composition/General/Forward Messages is set to "Inline". 2) Tools/Options/Composition/General/Send Options/Text Format is set to "Ask me what to do". 3) Forward an HTML email (you can even insert text at the beginning). 4) Select an addressee with Properties/Contact/Internet/Prefers to receive messages formatted as" is set to "Plain Text". 5) Add another addressee with Properties/Contact/Internet/Prefers to receive messages formatted as" is set to "Unknown" or "HTML". 4) Click Send. 5) HTML Mail Question dialog appears. 6) a) Selecting "Send in HTML only" works. b) Selecting "Send in Plain Text only" works. c) Selecting "Send in Plain Text and HTML" does not work. Only HTML is sent.

(In reply to comment #3) > 6) a) Selecting "Send in HTML only" works. > b) Selecting "Send in Plain Text only" works. > c) Selecting "Send in Plain Text and HTML" does not work. > Only HTML is sent. I'm unable to reproduce this problem with Moz 1.7.12, TB 1.0, TB 1.5.

The problem occurs when forwarding an HTML email to a list that includes HTML *and* non-HTML (Plain Text Or Unknown) recipients. One is automatically prompted (step 5) which is correct; however, if one selects "Send in Plain Text and HTML" then incorrectly *only* HTML is sent ... even to the non-HTML recipients.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9 I can't reproduce this bug. I close this for now as wfm. Reporter, if you still run into this problem while using an recent Build, please reopen and submit actual information.
