Whenever I download a zip file, the download manager always offers to open it
with winzip, and I always have to select "Save to Disk" instead. The option "Do
this automatically for files like this" is greyed out and I can't select it
though I really want to select it!!

The "tools->options->downloads->File Types" list box won't allow me to enter any
new file types such as zip that I may care to define. I would like to be able to
define an action for new file types other than the ones already defined.
