In the attached HTML snippet which uses javascript in the onClick and onBlur
attibutes, one must click thrice to open the dropdown menu. When it is opened
once, it works fine until you reload the page.

The bug does not appear on Firefox for windows.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. save the attached html code
2. open the page and click on the dropdown menu
3. repeat until it opens :-)



Expected Results:  
The dropdown menu should open at the first click.
