found using 2000-02-10-08 comm bits on windows and linux; not a problem on mac. 1. go to the above ftp site. 2. click on a director name or tree widget to change directories. 3. repeat step on other directories or even a filename to view. result: whenever you try to change the dir or view a file from an ftp site, i keep getting a dialog that says "You are leaving a secure document" --even though i'm not at a secure site.
marking beta1, obviously we can't have this messages coming up all time
Putting on PDT- radar. Will release note for beta1.
This happens on file:/// url's also, although you also get a 'This page has mixed content' dialogue. Doug, would you like a separate bug on this? Removing pdt- for reconsideration. I really don't think we want to be throwing this up anytime someone leaves an ftp site, or traverses thru an ftp site, or traverses thru local files. Not only is it very annoying, but it is inaccurate and misleading.
fix is in.
