Can't stop moving pictures. Can do this in IE. Only way is to kill all images
from loading. Reading many webpages is too annoying with flashing ads, etc.
Need an option to allow static images and Java but to stop all flashing/moving
pictures.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Press esc.

See bug 213377.
