repro:
Open a page and click on a link that opens in a new window.
open JS Console and see the error

furthermore tabbed browsing prefs are ignored
opening a .html file from HDD (doubleclick) allways open new window despite open
in tab pref.

Options->Advanced->Tabbed browsing
[V]force links that ... etc in checked but the 1 of the 2 radiobuttons giving
the options are not.
(I allways had this option unchecked so this checked itself)

The tab prefs still need trunk checkin (I already filed a bug on that and is
resolved DUPE).

This will be fixed when 172962 lands on the trunk.
