In addition to attendee support, this features: - a "make rebuild" target for regenerating .js from .pre.js when needed - GENERATED FILE, DO NOT EDIT warnings on generated files - a fix for the spurious component-loader error (loading calEvent.js as though it were a component) - making calItemModule data-driven - chain calEvent's QI through calItemBase's
