the characters at window are not all good if the characters is greek polytonic
and if save with color border the mail, when i Edit as new there is not color at
background

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In new message i write greek polytonic, and i put color at background(Cooding
UTF-8).(the subject at window is not ok)
2.Save the message
3.Edit the message as new
4. the backgrund color is not ok. The subject at window is not good




Actual Results:  
The backgrund color disappear. The subject at window is not good

If you want i can sent the mail and fonts(greek polytonik), and pictures how is.
i can't understand this bug, but i claim there's no security issue involved
