sunbird doesn't start, because it can't find &brandShortName; It is defined in brand.dtd, but somehow that doesn't seem to work.

This patch works around the problem. it's evil, but at least generates a working build.

Cedric, yes. -> FIXED The l10n move (bug 267981) patches fixed this correctly, removing the need for this workaround.
