Under 'submitting your patch', it mentions that both "review" and "approval" 
are needed, but no mention of what order. Current practice is to get all 
patches reviewed before requesting ? on approval; this should be documented.


Also, proper use of the Documentation and Blocking flags should go here so 
people have some indication of what they are and how to use/set them.

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist.  This doesn't
mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it.  If you
are dealing with this bug, please assign it to yourself.
