Details

Currently, the default owner of the "Java to XPCOM Bridge" is listed as
blackconnect@slashcom.com.  That component is the BlackConnect code found at
mozilla/java/xpcom.  However, the last checkin to that code was around mid-2001,
and the code no longer builds and no one has taken care of it.

I wrote a simpler version of this to allow embedding of Mozilla in Java (and
eventually writing components in Java).  That code is available at
mozilla/extensions/java/xpcom.  I would like to use the "Java to XPCOM Bridge"
component name for this new code, so I'm asking that I be made the new default
owner.
