The IMAP standard "Important Flag" (not TB's labels) support needs to be 
improved:

- It doesn't seem to work across multiple TB instances for me, I set it in one 
TB instance and can't see it in another TB instance

- Cannot create a View using the "Important Flag"

- Cannot create Filters using the "Important Flag"

- Cannot create Saved Searches using the "Important Flag"

This flag is well, very ... important ... to me, I would like to see better 
support for it.

I think this flag is known as \Flagged in the IMAP world, I am refering to it 
as the "Important Flag" as that's what I am using it for. Not to be confused 
with TB's "Important Label".

I downloaded a build of 1.0.4 looking for this fix, but I don't see the
appropriate menu options in the smart search dialog that the patch seems to
imply should be present.

Verifying this has been fixed in both TB 1.5 and Seamonkey 1.0.

Moving bug to a different component where somebody searching for it can 
reasonably expect to find it.
