when I surfed sports.sina.com.cn/nba recently, Mozilla hangs. but several days
before, this didnt happen.

Mozilla hangs

Expected Results:  
Mozilla can display the page or at least not hangs.

confirming: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20041122

It hangs, if Javascript is enabled. On Athlon XP1600 with 512 MB RAM CPU load
went up to 98%, I couldn´t cancel or acknowledge the Download Font dialog, then
after a minute or so the JS alert came up, that a script stressing the
ressources was running. I acknowledged to abort the script, and Mozilla was
non-responding.

I closed Mozilla using TaskManager, started again, disabled JS, and the page was
loading fine.

duping to Bug 273292 freeze/loop because Mozilla parses dates differently than IE
as that bug has a testcase and clear explanation.
