In the page http://advent.serebii.net, a bottom scrollbar appears when there is
no need for one and it will continually try to scroll to the right.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to website
2. Thats it
3. Thats it

Actual Results:  
A bottom scrollbar appears when there is no need for one and continually scrolls
to the right

Expected Results:  
Not shown a scrollbar at the bottom
Reason that a horizontal scrollbar appears is that the snow falling is moving
out of the visible area, therefore a scrollbar appears. 

Turn off Javascript and you will see that no scrollbar appears
