I can see size of each folder. But when I get new mail the size is changed but
when I delete some messages nothing has happned. Size is't go down.

Because the message is only marked as deleted in the mailbox file. After
compacting the folders you will see a different size. That is by design.

Just compact your folder, using File | compact folders, or right mouse button
click | compact this folder. Mozilla uses berkeley mailbox format, which has to
be compacted to regain space. We do have a pref to turn on auto-compact when
more than a certain amount of disk space is wasted (in Prefs | Offline and Disk
space).
