The user should be able to define the order of items in a bookmark folders, 
ESPECIALLY in the bookmarks Toolbar folder.
Currently its always alphabetical. see IE6 drag & dropable way of ordering 
items in the "Links" folder.

You have to choose to sort bookmarks, its not enforced as alphabetical order by
default.  If you can't drag and drop, please check what extensions you have
installed.

Aha ! 
I now see that I can arrange items but only in via the Bookmark Manager and not 
on the toolbar in the browser (unlike IE). This is OK but drag/drop on the 
browser toolbar would be even better :-)

I can drag and drop on the toolbar just fine.  There is a bug that there isn't a
dropmarker, but you should still be able to drag items.  (Hold Shift down to
drag folders/Live Bookmarks).

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
