when I open a link by "open link in new tab". The address of the link appears
after the page is loaded. But if the connection failed,the address bar is empty.
I even don't know which link i pressed went wrong. I hope this could be solved. :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use open-link-in-new-tab
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
if the connection failed. the address is not shown in the address bar.

Expected Results:  
show the address in the address bar that I can press "reload",instead going back
and find out which link i've press.
