I access a number of contest forms on the web, for myself, members of my family
and co-workers. Consequently I have several "profiles". In some instances Form
Manager will properly remember all the data and offer the appropraite choices.
In some forms, however, (for instance --
http://www.coldwellbankersweeps.com/default.asp
http://archive.guitarplayer.com/giveaway/index.shtml
http://www.pcworld.com/sweepstakes/0104_dream/
http://www.pophoto.com/article.asp?article_id=1177&section_id=5
http://www.womansday.com/article.asp?article_id=49&section_id=9321)
certain information is not retained. For example, the Guitar Player site
remembers the email address of a co-worker (which was never entered into this
form) instead of mine. The Popular Photograhy and Woman's Day sites refuse to
remember my address but accurately remember the addresses of my wife, son and
daughter.

Additionally, according to your FAQ, I should be able to access the Profile
Manager from Start>Mozilla Firefox. This option does not appear. All I see are
Firefox (Safe Mode) and Firefox.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open web page
2. enter first character of data for field
3.

Actual Results:
In First Name field: Richard or nothing appears
In Last Name field: nothing appears
In Email Address field: a co-worker's address appears instead of my own -
co-worker has same first initial.
In Zip Code field: zips for work or friend's location appear but not mine

Expected Results:
In First Name field: show both first names
In Last Name field: show two last names beginning with "M"
In Email Address field: show 3 addresses beginning with "r"
In Zip Code field: show 3 codes beginning with "0"

Form Manager works well about half the time. It is more user-friendly than the
previous version. Howevere, some work needs to be done to improve
functionality. For instance, there needs to be a way of deleting specific
entries rather than clearing the entire database when entered information has
been misspelled or changes (as with an Age field).
12-17-04: FM now remembers name and email in
http://archive.guitarplayer.com/giveaway/index.shtml but not name in associated
site, http://archive.guitarplayer.com/giveaway/carv04only.shtml.
Remembers email and street address in
http://www.pcworld.com/sweepstakes/0104_dream/ but brings up incorrect spelling
of first name - "Roberet" instead of "Robert". (Note: in November 04 VH-1 had a
poorly designed on-line form in which the text boxes were so narrow that I
couldn't see what was being typed. Several mis-spelled entries were made and,
in some but not all forms, FM remembers the mis-spelling instead of the correct
one.)
Does not autocomplete first or last names in
http://www.womansday.com/article.asp?article_id=49&section_id=9321,
http://www.womansday.com/article.asp?section_id=49&article_id=9145,
http://www.womansday.com/article.asp?section_id=49&article_id=9265, and
http://www.womansday.com/article.asp?section_id=6&article_id=9361 except for one
mis-spellings of my (above) and my son's first names {"Honathan" instead of
"Jonathan" when attempting to input "Heather"); now remembers my email but does
not remember my zip code but remembers 2 others.

Also note that inputing some names on certain sites requires typing first 2
letters of name; e.g. http://archive.guitarplayer.com/giveaway/index.shtml auto
completes my name and my wife's with 1 letter, son and daughter require 2 letters.

Functons remain erratic; e.g.
http://kraft2.promotions.com/holiday2004/page.do?page=sweep_front.html remembers
every correct email address I've ever entered upon single-clicking text box.
On http://membercenter.foxhome.com/782/4708/P952.asp FM remembers all info
(first name, last name, email, street, city, zip, DOB and phone correctly.
http://www.coldwellbankersweeps.com/default.asp is no longer active.
