User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

Firefox cannot import a certificate with a blank password. This works in IE and
I've lots of certificates with blank passwords that I would like to import. Is
there a reason for this?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Firefox > Tools > Options > Advanced > Certificates > Manage Certificates >
Your Certificates > Import > some.pfx file > Password Entry Dialog
Actual Results:
Asks for a password, but the cert I am using does not have one. I see this
message when I click OK without typing a password: "The password entered was
incorrect."

Expected Results:
Allow blank password to be OK.

IE allows importing of certs without passwords.
Reporter: Can you maybe answer Bug 265991 Comment 2 (comment in that Bug)?
