Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

Although in my preferences, I specify the download manager to close when all
downloads are complete, whenever I try to save a page as HTML (either complete
or HTML only), the download manager remains open. When I save a page as text,
the download manager closes as specified.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Preferences>Downloads>Download Manager, set the download manager to close
after all downloads are complete.
2. In File>Save Page As, try saving the page as either a complete Web page or as
HTML only.

Actual Results:
The download manager window remained open.

Expected Results:
Closed the download manager window.
