User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 The example can be seen at http://www.washco.utah.gov/bugzilla/001.html. An element with overflow does not respond to the mouse wheel. Ideally it should function the same as the iframe element used in the bug submittal page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Move mouse over element that has overflow and scroll bars 2. Use scroll wheel 3. Actual Results: The element does not scroll. Only the overall page will scroll. Expected Results: The individual element should have scrolled.
