If you click a link that opens a new browser window, and if that link is bad you
get a popup, but the browser location fails to get updated.

The popup says, "The connection was refused when attempting to contact ...".

This is for anchor tags that have a target of _blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a bad link
2. Open the bad link in a new window
3. See the browser location is missing
