Anytime Thunderbird needs to display an HTML page, it uses any occurrence of 
an open browser.  This is a pain, especially when it changes a page a user 
wants to reference.  It should open a NEW browser occurrence, not reuse 
existing.  Or at the very least, it should be an option.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an html page using a browser.
2. Start T-Bird and click the dotted circle at the right-hand corner
Reporter, what browser are you using ? I'm using Firefox 1.0, and this opens a
new tab or a new window, depending on your preference (see Options -> Advanced
-> Tabbed Browsing).

It has nothing to do with Thunderbird though, it's a function of the browser.
