Steps to reproduce:

1. Remove Mozilla Registry and Documents folder (be wise and save old)
2. Using 2000-02-10-09 build, launch with icon, CreateProfile Wizard comes up
and allows profile creation.
3. Try launching with Mozilla Installer, Mozilla Profile Manager, Mozilla Select
Profile and seamonkey is launched with created profile in step 2.

Expected to see Profile Manager or Profile Selector to create, rename, delete or
migrate etc.

Note if you have previously created or migrated profiles (more than one)(from
M13) - these options work. After deleting all but one of the old profiles,
these options do not work

This is because we disabled AppleEvent handling when removing PowerPlant stuff.

Simon, I'm putting this into M15
Target Milestone: M15
This has to be beta.
Keywords: beta1
OK, I have this under control, and reviewed by scc. Need to do some minor
cleanup, then I can check in, and Apple Events will be working again!

Fixes checked in. All of the following should work again:
1. Command line files.
2. GetURL apple event (only the basics)
3. OpenURL apple events (only the basics)
4. The framework is there for the Do JavaScript event, but there is no
implementation.
