Visit the URL above, and follow the directions. It appears that if the
javascript is in a frame, the new tab will not switch back when the dialog is
spoofed.

That would be bug 262887 comment 26 with a testcase in attachment 164571 [details] - and
apparently not severity: blocker since while it's a bug that needs to be fixed,
it didn't "Block development and/or testing work" over the last month.
