272886 - Move the FAQ from the Documentation to wiki.mozilla.org

I think the FAQ should be moved from the Documentation and hosted on the
bugzilla.org website.

The primary reason for this is the FAQ should be quick and easy to update. 
You'd want something when a group of Bugzilla developers can quickly create and
update FAQs based on mozwebtools traffic.

Something similar to http://wiki.mozilla.org/

Hmm, maybe we should put it in a wiki...  wiki.mozilla.org is pretty
nice-looking, and the software it's running isn't very hard to set up at all.

Colin, I would like to remove docs/xml/faq.xml completely and add a section in e.g. "Troubleshooting" or "Using Bugzilla" pointing to http://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:FAQ. It's easier to maintain and you can mention that such or such feature is available in newer releases, which also helps users to decide if it worths upgrading or not. I just updated some information on wiki, meaning that the FAQ on wiki is currently more up-to-date than the one in docs/xml/. Do you agree with my suggestion?

Personally, I disagree completely, but that's because I have a hatred of Wiki's. 

From the point of view of the project though, I suppose it seems a good idea.

I decided to put the reference to the FAQ in the Introduction of "Using Bugzilla" as that's the page end-users should read first. Any help for a better wording is welcome.
