After clicking the send button in the mail composer, the mail seemed to be
successfully sent. This was indicated by the send progress dialog. After

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a mail
2.click forward => opens the composer window with empty text area and 
  the original mail as attachment
3 [review]. Choose any address from the address book
4. Click the send button => mail is sent

Actual Results:  
Mozilla exits

Expected Results:  
Close the composer window and keep running.

Theme was modern, Mozilla was built with gcc 3.3.2 using gtk-1.2.10, zlib-1.2.2,
libjpeg-6b, libpng-1.2.7 and the usual system libraries of solaris2.8.

cached compose window is disabled on unix (bug 137698)
