WorksForMe Both (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041109 Firefox/1.0) and a nightly firefox 1.0+ build of yesterday. Could you try to describe the problem more closely.

In the Options>Advanced do not select the 'Enable JavaScript in mail messages' Try the tweakers RSS feed, you will see the white box. Normally, a banner would appear at the place the white box is displayed. The problem is that a banner cannot be loaded, because of the javascript-security.

I don't have that option. Are you using extensions? Try with a new profile.

The > problem is that a banner cannot be loaded, because of the javascript-security. This is not a Thunderbird problem; what you are seeing is how the page renders without JavaScript (I see the same in Opera with JS disabled), and that's a problem to take up with the webmaster of the site. (In reply to comment #3) > I don't have that option. Yes you do.
