Now that profile migration handles import other browser bookmarks,
there's no need for nsBookmarksService to support silently 
import system bookmarks e.g. IE Favorites.

But then you can only import when the profile is created, not while it already
exists !

No. You can launch profile migrator always from File->Import.
On the other hand, this code in nsBookmarksService works
only when you *create* profile in *seamonkey*.
It does nothing in firefox per default pref setting.

I'm just suggesting cleaning up obsolete codes
to make bookmark development a bit more happy thingy.
