After you saved a page to floppy disk browser remember this location to be
reused. If you try to save a page next time you has to insert floppy into the
drive to complete operation even you wish to save a document to hard drive.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save any page to floppy disk (File - Save Page As)
2. Remove floppy from a drive
3. Try to save a page (File - Save Page As)
4. You'll be prompted to insert a floppy. Press "Cancel" and specify any
location on your hard disk
5. Press "Save" button


Actual Results:  
That's all, you cant complete operation without floppy in a drive

Expected Results:  
Software has to save a page to hard drive without floppy disk in a drive

My Windows 2000 is localized to Russia.
