Replying a message, greeting quotation and signature is not requared to check 
spell.
This is very annoing for multilanguage enviroment, etc

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select any message, press Cntr-R
2. Add bit of answer
3. Check spell

Actual Results:  
All text from "***** said the following on *** ****" to 
"-- 
Best Regards,
blah-blah"
include 
">blah-blah"
is checked

Expected Results:  
only answer must be checked
citation spleecheck ignored in html-compose, but present in plaintext
same bug, as in Microsoft Outlook
