The Insert key (above Delete left of Home on my keyboard) does not toggle
insert/overtype behaviour for form fields. Any form field will do.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.google.com
2. Type 'aaaaaAaaaaa' in the search field.
3. Place cursor in front of A in middle of field.
4. Press 'Insert' key. Press 'X' key.

Actual Results:
X inserted in front of A.
Cursor didnt indicate insert/overlay mode change.

Expected Results:
X overlays A.
Cursor changed from pipe to underscore to indicate change of mode.

Also in FireFox.
MS IE obeys insert/overlay mode but doesnt indicate overlay mode with a cursor
change.
