27298 - Mail & News shows w/underline in Win32 installer

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.72 [en] (WinNT; U)
BuildID:    M13
At the "Select Components" phase of the M13 installer, when I
click on "MAil&News" -- the Description box shows 
"Seamonkey MailNews" -- with the "N" underlined.

This is because Windows treats any "&" character as an indication to underline 
the following letter when it's in a label field on a dialog box.

Expected behavior -- clicking on Mail & News should show "Seamonkey Mail & News" 
listed in the Description box...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install M13 build and pick custom install
2. click on Mail&News item under the Components list.
3.
Actual Results:  You'll see MailNews (one word, with "N" underlined) in the 
Description field.

Expected Results:  Should show "Mail & News" instead.
