if I try to open one of the 'Resources' Link Section, I can't go into link.But
If I use Internet Explorer the link go

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go into 'Resources' Link Section
2.Click on Tutorials (CHM) ( or other link in this section)
Actual Results:  
The site warn the user that the link is broken

Expected Results:  
The download start for file

Theme: Mostly Cristal

Those links work fine for me. Can you try again now? It may have been an issue
with the website.

Do you have any installed extensions that could be causing this problem?

With the standard theme the result is the same :(
