User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Internet Explorer 6.0.2900 ...

Set up new 2.19.1 custom installation of BZ. Ran checksetup.pl which ran
perfectly as expected. Logged in as administrator, ran charting report which
tells me I have over 350,000 bugs in the system! Yikes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. See details
2.
3.

Actual Results:
I get a graph which shows I have bugs reported even though I don't have any at
all - it's a brand spankin' new database.

Expected Results:
Flat lines at zero.

Ask me for a copy of the image if you'd like to see it.
Sorry all - I should have set the build identifier to Bugzilla 2.19.1 custom
For a start, that's not 100,000, it's 100.000 - i.e. 100. Yes, we should
eliminate the decimal places.

This data is pulled straight out of your $BUGZILLA_HOME/data/mining/ directory.
When you "set up your custom installation", do you mean you copied the Bugzilla
install from someone else? If so, you need to clean out that directory.
