As I scroll down web page using mouse wheel, portions of display smear
horizontally.  This changes or goes away at different points during the scroll.
 If I scroll back up, same areas smear at same places.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Call up home page.
2.  Use mouse button to scroll down through main page.
3.

Actual Results:  
See description above.

Expected Results:  
No smearing of display.  This problem never occurred with MS Explorer on same
web page.

I can send you a WordPad .DOC file of a PrtSc capture showing this problem, if
desired.
