When viewing some pages my scroll mouse goes to end of page after moving the
wheel one, two or three notches. Also if I am at the bottom of a page, it will
go to the top. I use a compaq scroll mouse.

The sites it happens on are:

ESPN.COM
www.baseball.com
p086.ezboard.com/fsonsofsamhornbostonredsox
www.redsoxnation.net/forums/index.php?showforum=4
www.prosportsdaily.com/mlb/mlbrumors.html
www.boston.com/news/globe/sports/
http://www.sportspages.com/

It doesn't happen all the time just intermittently but is very bothersome.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to one of the sites listed above.

2. Scroll down to the middle of the page.

3. Then scroll one to two notches at a time.

Actual Results:
The page would go to the end of page or vise versa.

Expected Results:
Move one or two lines per script. What ever the code sets it to.
There is also the bug if you press the down key at the end of the page.
Bug only with a few sites. (e.g. www.cyberyfe.com)

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
