Steps to Reproduce:
1. type http://http:// in the location bar
2. followed by any domain

Actual Results:  
microsoft.com opens

Expected Results:  
delete one of the two http:// 's
surely this must be a joke... making microsoft pay for bandwidth of invalid url's?
