When pushing simultaniously the (alt gr) and the (]) the system acts as pushing
the buttons (alt)(TAB) and switches to the next open application.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.push and hold (alt gr) and push (])

Actual Results:  
the application switch panel appears

Expected Results:  
display the "]" sign as text the window where typing is being performed.
wfm with a current cvs trunk build on win2k, german keyboard layout.
