When completing the from the option 35 has two choices but i can select only
one. It works fine with IE.
Also please fix the problems with the yahoo mail, the pages do not render
correctly. The second actually is the most important

1.go to https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp?lang=1
2.click the item 35
3.you can select only yes (no does not work)
