There's instructions in the MediaWiki distribution about doing this, IIRC it
requires mod_rewrite and a rewriterule.
The Mozillazine KB Wiki has implemented something like this. Perhaps Kerz or
Alex can provide the config changes they used.

BTW, Comment #0 (Description) in bugs probably shouldn't be blank. Summaries can
change, C0 is forever. :-)

index.php has already been removed; URLs appear to be of the form:

http://wiki.mozilla.org/wiki/Special:Recentchanges

Then /wiki/ should be removed and the summary can be updated to reflect the new bug.

This was fixed by justdave with the landing of the new Wiki style.
