Floated tabs used on Mozilla.org float up on top of each in Dec 3's nightly build.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mozilla.org

Actual Results:  
The tabs were floated up on top of each

Expected Results:  
The tabs should have been inline as they were previously.
