Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041201 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20041201 Firefox/1.0+

When autoscrolling in the latest 1.0+ build (the one listed with this post), the
autoscroll icon is displayed well below the cursor. Furthermore, each successive
activation of autoscroll causes it to be displayed further down, until the icon
moves off the bottom of the page and is no longer displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Activate autoscrolling on a webpage by middle-clicking the mouse.
2.Scroll around a little bit, then deactivate autoscrolling.
3.Activate autoscrolling again.

Actual Results:
Autoscroll icon is displayed vertically below the mouse cursor.

Expected Results:
Autoscroll icon should be displayed directly underneath the mouse cursor.
Apologies, I mistate the condition which causes the icon to appear further down.
After a bit of further use, I realized that it is not successive clicks. The
displacement is greater based on how far down the page you currently are- that
is, how far from the top the scrollbar is.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a long page
(Steps 2-5 imply activating autoscrolling afresh)
2) At the top of the page; note the icon is correctly positioned.
3) Scroll a little down the page; note the icon is slightly displaced.
4) Scroll far down the page; note the icon is either greatly displaced or not
displayed
5) Scroll back to the top of the page; note the icon is correctly displayed again
