I connect to a certificate and SMTP ATUH protected site.

on normal startup, I get prompted for my master password for the Security
Software Device.

last night, I closed my session with an unsent message, apparently.

on startup today, it asked "Do you want to send unsent messages?" it did not
matter what I entered (yes, or no) I just got the busy indicator. It never
prompted me to enter my master password. I was able to Quit... but that was all.

repeated restarts of the application had the same result.

To work around the problem I has reduced to deleting my "Unsent Messages" folder
completely. Thankfully it was not an important message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a message
2. don't send it
3. restart thunderbird

Actual Results:
thunderbird busy... no messages sent

Expected Results:
It should have attempted to complete startup... prompted for my master
password... and THEN attempt to send the messages
