Installing Sunbird 0.2b fails when the user name that contains Scandinavian
characters. It works, on the same computer, for a user name that is all ascii.
It is possibly an UTF-8 issue. (look in CalendarManager.rdf)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unpack Sunbird
2. Start Sunbird
3. Insert a task or event in the calendar
Actual Results:
The insert task/event dialog appears to work, but the new task/event does not
show up in the calendar.

Expected Results:
Normal operation is expected.

Tried this on 0.3a1 with a username containing several scandinavian characters (Å,Ä,Ö) and it worked for me.
